When unlimited hours of training is not an option you need to be sure you do the right thing to accomplish your dreams.

HOW IT WORKS

1. WE START WITH A CONVERSATION

You can either fill in “get in touch” form located at the top right corner or just shoot me an email to aiste@prevailfitness.ca and I’ll get in touch with you in the next 48 hours.

2. DETERMINE YOUR STARTING POINT

First training session consist of  starting point assessment:

  • Extensive Questionnaire
  • Discussion about your fitness goals
  • Body Measurement
  • Functional Movement Screen
  • Strength, flexibility and cardio condition testing

3. SETTING UP FITNESS & NUTRITION PROGRAM

Second meet up is all about you receiving your personal fitness and nutrition plan and start cracking to reach your vision.

4. SUPERVISION & ADJUSTMENTS

Results need time and effort to show. I will keep you accountable, I will watch you perform exercises properly, I will make sure we adjust your training and meal plan when needed.

HOW MUCH?

I realize money is not an issue for people who want change. It is usually motivation and determination that we lose. Those with the right guidance and the proper motivation system will prevail.

Depending on your goal and training plan you will have to:

    • spent anywhere from 2 – 12 hours a week training,
    • invest time & effort making changes to your current behaviours and unless you can afford to hire a cook, you’ll need to get your hands dirty in the kitchen
    • my hour of training and consultation $72.00
      (packages, partner & group training available)

GROUND RULES

I very much value your and my time and effort. I am committed to your goal and your situation to provide you with the best service possible, that’s a promise, but I expect you to help me help you. So come with an open mind, trust and commitment.

If you miss a session without 48 hours notice you will pay me. If I miss a session I will pay you.

I am not a physiotherapist or a doctor and I will refer you to one of the specialist if I feel it’s needed.
